- بعد أن يتجانس الخليط نضيف البياض على مراحل يصب الكل في وعاء و الى الفرن لمدة 30 دقيقة و التأكد بإدخل السكين في وسطها اذا خرج جاف فهذا دليل على نضجها.
- بعد أن تبرد الكعكة نقطعها الى جزئين أو ثلاثة و نزينها حسب الرغبة و عيد ميلاد سعيد.
