- بعدما اختمر نحضر صفار بيض ونضيف قليل من حليب نخلطه معا بعض وندهن عجينا ونضعه في فرن ونتركه ينضج حتى يصبح لون احمر.
- حتى نكمل كل خبز وشهييا طيبا.
