- نضع الفرينة في وعاء نضيف مارغارين. ملح. سكر و الخل نخلط جيدا بين الاصابع ثم نعجنها بالماء حتى الحصول على عجينة متماسكة نوعا ما نتركها ترتاح 10 دقاءق.
- بعدها نرش الفرينة و نفتحها مستطيل 20- 40 سم نضع في النصف زبدة التوريق مقطعة الى شراءح رقيقة و نغلق عليها لم اصور هذه المرحلة.
- نفتح العجين بالطول حتى الحصول على مستطيل 3 اضعاف الطول مع تفادي خروج الزبدة.
- نطويها الى الداخل و النصف الاخر في التجاه المعاكس نعيد الكرة ثلاث مرات داءما نفتح في الاتجاه المعاكس المرة سابقة ثم ندخلها الثلاجة 15 دقيقة.
- عند اخراجها نعيد عملية فتح و طي العجينة 3 مرات يعني الكل 6 نحتفظ بها في الثلاجة في غلاف بلاستيكي 3 أيام فوق 3 أيام يجب وضعها في المجمد.
