- تثني العجينة على اثنين بحيث تغط من جميع الجوانب تفاديا لخروج الزبدة المبشورة..
- ثم نواصل في عملية فتح العجينة.
- تثنى على اثنين ثم على اربعة.
- تكرر هذه العمليه 5 مرات. مع في كل مرة نرش النشاء. و نحرص على غلق الجوانب جيداً. بعد طوية الاخيرة تقسم العجينة على اثنين من اجل تاكد من نجاح التوريق..
- ثم تغلف العجينة ب ورق Film و تحفظ في ثلاجة ليلة كاملة. قبل استعمالها. للحصول على اعلى و أفضل نتيجة !.
