- يغطي ويترك ليخمر مده نص ساعه الى ساعه ثم نحمى الزيت على نار وسط ثم نقلب العجين لتخلص من فقاعات نبداء تشكيل العوامه بالطريقه المعتاده.
- يقلى العوامه نص قليه ونحطها على جنب الى انتهاء كل كميه ثم نعاود ونقلي من جديد على نار وسط مش عاليه للحصول على لون ذهبي يصفى من الزيت ويغمس بالقطر مده خمس دقايق.
- ويقدم بالعافيه memoalayan.
