- جهزي المقلاة و بها زيت غزير و دعيه يسخن و في فنجان قهوة ضعي ملعقة كبيرة زيت و بأطراف اصابعك اغمسيها في الزيت ثم اخرجيها و خذي بها القليل من العجينة على شكل كرة صغيرة.
- ضعيها في الزيت الحار سوف تكون معك مدورة و صغيرة الحجم..
- ثم خذي دفعات صغيرة من الكيس حتى تكون معك مكورة و صغيرة الحجم (☆ فائدة الزيت في اطراف الأصابع و كيس الحلواني حتى لا تلتصق العجينة ☆).
- ثم قلبيها حتى تصبح ذهبية و اخرجيها ثم إسقيها او شربيها بالقطر البارد و قدميها و بالهناء و الشفاء..
- او اذا لديكي كيس حلواني امسحي داخله بالزيت و صبي العجين ثم بأطراف اصابعك ادخليها في فنجان الزيت.
