4. يضاف الماء بالتدريج للحصول على عجينة متماسكة ومائلة الى الليونة. يغطى الوعاء بطبق ويترك لمدة نصف ساعه في مكان دافئ الى ان يتضاعف حجم العجينة..
5. تقطع العجينة بواسطة معلقة شاي صغيرة عن طريق غمسها في قليل من الزيت بين الحبة والاخرى..
6. تقلى الحبات المقطعة في الزيت على درجة حرارة معتدلة الى ان تنضج ويصبح لونها ذهبي..
7. تصفى الحبات المقلية من الزيت وتغمس بالقطر البارد ثم تصفى منه..
8. تقدم لقمة القاضي باردة..
