- بعدها حطو قطر او شيره على الرخامه او بصينيه كبيره وافردها بشوبك اوبإيدي وسماكتها سنتيمتر واحد اوبالعين ممكن تحددو سمكها.
- بعدها احط الحشوه بكيس عشان تصير اسهل عليكم وافرديها ولفي رول كامل وقصيها.
- وارجعي عيدي نفس الشي لحتى تخلص العجينه معك ودخلوها على الثلاجه على طول واتركوها ساعة اوساعتين تتماسك.
- بعدها نطلعها ونقطعها قطع حجمهم وسط وزينوها بفستق حلبي ورشيهم قطر(شيرة).
