- ثم ضفت الفرينة والنشاء والخميرة وخلطت هنا الخليط يجي شوية ثقيل ميجيش سائل بزاف حطيتو في بلاطو حجم متوسط إلى صغير على حساب تحبوها طالعة والا لا لا.
- هنا ستفت التفاح الي قشرتو وقطعتو شرائح بشكل دائري حتى كملت دخلتو الفرن تلمسخن مسبقا وهديت النار وخليتها طيب حوالي 25 دقيقة طفيت من تحت وشعلت من فوق تحمرت قليلا.
- نحبديتها من الفرن ودرتلها المربى نتاع المشمش دهنتها مليح وزينتها بالكوكاو ايفيلي.
