- ممكن التحكم بالكميه حسب عدد الاشخاص و قياس اكواب الحليب في نفس اكواب التقديم (اكواب او حله التقديم يجب ان تكون قابل للدخول اي الفرن)..
- الكميه مثلا شخصين (كوبين حليب وملعقتين سكر...) زياده الكميه حسب الاشخاص..
- ضع عجينه الزبده (بف باتسري) في الفرن حسب للتعليمات في العلبه..
- في هذه الاثناء ضع النشا في حليب بارد و حرك قليلا حتى يذوب النشا ثم ضع الخليط على النار و ضيف السكر..
- عندما يبدأ الخليط بالنضج يصبح متجانس و ثخين قليلا ضع المكسرات المطحونه مع الهيل والقرفه و حرك المزيج. ثم اطفئ النار.
- اخرج عجينه الزبده (بف باتسري) من الفرن بعد النضج، قطع العجينه الى قطع صغيره في قدر التقديم..
- ضع خليط الحليب فوق البف باتسري، ثم ضع طبقه رقيه من العجينه مره أخرى..
- ضع القشطه في الطبقه الاخيره ، تمسح القشطه على وجه الخليط ثم توضع في الفرن (النار العليا) فقط حتى تصبح ذهبيه اللون..
- تزين بالمكسرات و تأكل (دافيه)..
