- في حله على النار نضع الماء والسكر تبدا تغلى نضع الجبنة الموتزاريلا وتقلب الى ان تذوب تماما ثم نضع السميد ويقلب باستمرار حتى تتداخل كل المكونات على نار هاديه ثم نضع ماء الزهر.
- لفرد عجينه تستخدم العجينه ساخنه نفرد بلاستيك رول على الرخام وندهن عليها شيره وتفرد العجينه ويوضع القشطه على أطراف وتلف رول مثل السويسرول ونلف ويترك 10 الى 15 دقيقه وتقطع وتزين بفستق حلبى ويرش عليها شيره خفيف.
- ملاحظه لعمل قشطه منزليه نضع لتر حليب يفضل فريش او بالعبوه على النارمجرد يسخن نضع معلقتين ليمون ويقلب باستمرار الى ان يفصل الحليب من القشطه الى يغلى ويفصل تماما ويغير اللون الى الأصفر خفيف ويصفى الحليب ويترك يبرد نضيف عليه علبه قشطه ومعلقه فانيلا ومعلقتين شيره وكده بتكون جاهزه لحشوه الحلاوه.
