- ثم نضعه في سيلوفان وورق القصدير المنيوم و نقوم بعمل لفة ونغلقعها جيداً من الجوانب ونضعها في المجمد ساعتين.
- بعد تجميدها نقوم بفتحها ونضع الشوكولاته فوقها بعد تذويبها في حمام مائي نضعها ربع ساعة بالثلاجة ثم نقوم بتقطيعها.
