- نقليها بزيت ساخن بواسطة ملعقة تغمر بالماء لكي تمنع التصاق العجينة بالملعقة.
- نقليها إلى الاحمرار.
- نتركها لتبرد.
- نقطعها قطع صغيرة ثم نطحنها بطاحونة السلطة.
- نصنع شيرة مثل شيرة اللبنية سابقا.
- نضيف إليها الهيل مطحون والحمص المقلي المطحون إلى أن تصبح متماسكة قابلة للتكوير.
- نكورها ونرصها في الصحن للتقديم.
