- ومن جهة في اناء نحط البيض والحليب والجبن الطري وشوية ملح وفلفل اسود ونضيفلو البصل بعد مطيب والفرماج رابي.
- ثم نطرح العجينة ونحطها في المول يدخل للفرن وثقبتها بشوكة(فرشيطة)وضفتلها الخليط وحطيتها في الفرن حتى طابت انا داتلي20دقيقة طياب وكل واحد والفرن تاعو.
