- تذاب الزبدة و يضاف الحليب المكثف المحلى اليها على نار هادئة وعند تمام نضج الكيك وتبريدها لمدة ربع ساعة يوضع عليها الخليط وهو ساخن و ترش بجوز الهند المبشور.
