للاولا نقوم بقلي البطاطا و الكوسة و نضعهم الى جنب.
نقوم بطهي صوص طماطم نضع في مقلاة(الطماطم+فلفل+ملح+توابل+ ملعقة زيت) نحرك جيدا الى ان تطها جيدا.
في إناء كبير نضع البطاطا و الكوسة+صوص طماطم و نضيف لهم علبة الطن+الجبن+ زيتون اخضر او اسود+ البقدونس+ ملعقة صغيرة هريسة حسب الرغبة ثم نضيف كامل البيض.
نضيف الى الاناء السابق ظرف البكينج بودر و نخلط جيدا.
نضع الخلطة السابقة في صينية مدهونة بزيت على درجة 200 تطها من تحت ثم من فوق.
للتزيين مثل ما حبيتو انا حطيت الجبن ثم رشيت عليه كاشير مبروش.
