نخلط الزبدة مع الجبن جيدا حتى يصبح الخليط ابيض.
نضيف جميع المكونات ما عدا الغوفريط.
نتحصل على عجينة طرية.
ملاحضة: في هده الوصفة لا نستعمل السكر لانه موجود في الغوفريط و الشاربات.
نشكل اصابع او كريات من العجين (24 قطعة).
ندخل الحلوى الى الفرن مسخن مصبقا الحرارة معتدلة: 180° مدة 20 الى 25 د.
نضع الأن الشاربات على النار (سكر ماء و عصير الليمون) مدة 15 د بعد الغليان على نار هادءة.
نتركها الى ان تبرد تماما.
بعد ما تطهى الحلوى نغمسها مباشرة في الشاربات الباردة الواحدة تلوى الاخرى.
ثم نمرغها في الغوفريط المرحي خشنا.
بعدها نمرر الشكولاطة كما هو موضح في الصورة.
