- اولا نكسر البيضة في صحن كبير ونضيف السكر والفانيليا ورشة الملح ونخلط مليح بالباتوغ حتى يذوب السكر نضيف الحليب والزيت بالتدريج مع الخلط المستمر.
- نضيف الفرينة والخميرة لازم نغربلهم ونخلط ثم نضيف الخل ونخلط نضعها في صينية شكل مستطيل حطيت ورق زبدة في الاسفل ودهنت الحواف بالزيت وضعت نصف الكمية في المول.
- والنصف الاخر ضفتلو الكاكاو لازم نغربلو إذا نشفت نضيف ملعقة أو اثنين حليب ونخلط ونضعها فوق الخليط الاول ونعمل خطوط بالسكين باش يندمجو وندخله الفرن الساخن من قبل ونقصلو حتى يطلع ويطيب من تحت منفتحش عليه 20دقيقة الاولى نزيد نشعلو الفرن من فوق يحمر قليلا.
- لما خرج من الفرن خليتو هدا شوية ودهنتو بالمعجون وزينتو الكوكاو ايفيلي وشوية نواة كوكو (جوز الهند).
