- في وعاء اخر على النار نبدأ بعمل القشطة نضع الحليب والسكر والنشا ونحرك جيدا حتى الغليان مع التحريك المستمر حتى يصبح قوامه مثل المهلبية ونضيف ماء الزهر وعلبة القشطة ونخلط ونترك القشطة تبرد.
- نفرد عجينة حلاوة الجبن بين ورقين زبدة او نايلون مع اضافة القليل من القطر حتى يسهل الفرد.
- نضع الحشوة بشكل طولي ونلف لفتين ليصبح عندنا رول ونقطع.
