- نضيف السميد الناعم ونحرك حتى يذوب ويتجانس.
- نضيف الجبنة المبشورة بالتدريج مع التحريك المستمر من تحت لاعلى حتى تصبح عجينة متماسكة مطاطية ونضيف ماء الزهر اخر شي ونحرك حتى يذوب.
- نفرد العجينة باستخدام ورق نايلون تحت العجينة وفوقها لتسهيل العملية ونضيف الحشوة على الأطراف ونلف العجينة بشكل اسطواني ونقطع وتستمر بإضافة الحشوة ولف العجينة حتى تخلص الكمية.
