- وننتقل للحشو نحط في مقلاة البصل اللي كنا قطعناه إلى جوانح نحطلو ملح وفلفل أسود والقليل من زنجبيل ونتركو يذبل جيداً نجيب وعاء نحط فيه البيضة علبة التونة الكريمة السائلة الجبن المبشور ونخلط حتى نتحصل على خليط سائل بعد ما يطيب (يستوي) البصل ويبرد نضيفو للخليط السائل.
- نمد العجينة ونحطها في مول التارت نجوز عليها بشوكة نحط الخليط داخل الكيش ديالنا ونقطع جبن الموزاريلا ونحطو فوق الحشو وندخلو للفرن على درجة حرارة 190 لمدة 20 دقيقة وبعدها يكون واجد.
