- ثم توضع الجبنه بالتدريج وتحرك جيدا من اسفل لاعلى بحركه سريعه حتى تذوب ثم نرفعها ونعجنها على سطح مدهون قطر نعجنها باليد جيدا.
- ثم نفردها باليد او بالعصا الفرد ونبدأ نحشيها قشطه ونلفها رول ونقطع حتى تنتهي الكميه نضعهم بالفريزه لمده نص ساعه.
- ونخرجها نقطعها قطع متساويه ونغمسها بالفستق او نزين الوجه بالفستق وتقدم بارده وبالعافيه.
- القشطه:لترونص حليب خليتو يغلي وحطيت عليه نص فنجان خل ابيض بعدين بيفرط الحليب وبيفصل بنصفيه ونخليه يبرد بنضيف عليه اي نوع قشطه بس الاطيب قيمر بوك ونخليها بالبراد تبرد ونستخدمها لاي نوع حلويات يصير تحفظوها بالفريزه لحين الاستخدام..وبالعافيه.
