- نشكلها على شكل كويرات ثم نضعها في صنية الفرن ندخلها الى الفرن المسخن على 180درجة نشعل الفرن من الفوق فقط ثم نتركها حتى تتبين لنا شقوق و من بعد دلك نشعل الفرن من التحت فقط حتى تصبح لونها ذهبي نخرجها من الفرن و نقدمها.
