- يضاف الطحين بالتدج حتى تتشكل عجينة.
- تقسم العجينة إلى قسمين و يضاف إلى واحد منها الكاكاو و تعجن جيدا.
- يوضع العجين في الثلاجة ربع ساعة حتى يتماسك جيدا.
- تخرج العجينة من الثلاجة و تشكل حسب الرغبة.
- توضع الأقراص المشكلة في صينية الخبز المدهونة بالزيت في فرن محمى مسبقا على حرارة 180.
- تخبز الكوكيز حتى تتحمر من الجهة السفلة تقريبا ل 20 دقيقة ثم تحمر من الاعلى حسب الرغبة و صحتين..
