6. و نزيد نخليها تخمر مدة نصف ساعة او اكثر حسب درجة الحرارة.
7. نرجع للحلوى ديالي و نقليها في زيت سخونة على درجة حرارة متوسطة و ماننساش نرمي عليها الزيت بالملعقة قبل ما نقلبها.
8. كي تطيب نحيها مالمقلة. نقطرها. نخليها تبرد شويا و نرمدها في السكر. و الدوائر نقطعها بالمقص و نحشيها بالمعجون او شوكولاطة الطلي.. و شهية طيبة.😊.
