- بعد ما ينشف الماء ونتأكد من استواء الشعيرية نضيف كميه السكر والهيل والجوز المكسر و نقلب جيداً حتى يذوب السكر ونتركها حوالي ٥ دقائق مع التقليب بين فتره و اخرى (ما نرفع الشعيرية من على النار الا لمن تكون جهزت تمام يعني ممكن تحتاج اكثر من ٥ دقائق و ممكن لا).
- تنقل لطبق التقديم و تزين اما بـ جوز مكسر (ممكن نستخدم نصف الكمية المذكورة داخل الوصفة والنصف الاخر للتزيين) او بمبروش جوز الهند وتقدم والف عافية.
