- نخفق حبة بيض جيدا وندهن بها الحربوش من فوق ونزين بالجلجلان.
- نضع في صينية الفرن على درجة حرارة متوسطة.
- بعد ما يكتسب اللون الذهبي من فوق نطفئ النار ونقطعه كما في الصوره.
