- اقطع العجينه على شكل+ بعد ذالك اقسمها مثلثات.
- اضع الجبن بدايه المثلث وابدا بلف العجينه.
- اصفهن في صحن الفرن....
- بعد الانتهاء من جميع العجين ادهن وجه الكروسان ببيض وفانيليا.
- ادخلها الفرن من الاسفل لحد الاستواء... بعد ذالك من الاعلى....
- ارشهن بالشيرة او حليب مكثف او تترك بدون شي على حسب الرغبة....
- وبالعااافية.
