- بعد تتماسك العجينه نتركها ترتاح نصف ساعه....بعد ترتاح نفردها شكل مربع......وبعدها نبدا نحشيها كيف ماموضح ف الصوره بالتفصيل نذهنها بالزبده.
- ونخلط السكر والقرفه ونضعها فوق الزبده ع العجين.. وبعدها نلف العجين رول.. ونقطع العجين بشكل متساوي.
- نضعها ف طاجين حسب الرغبه بعد ماتطيب نسكب عليها الصوص اللي هوا حليب محلى وجبنه وسكر ناعم واول مايطلع م الفرن نضع الصوص الابيض....وصحتين وعافيه عليكم 🥰.
