4. نبدأ بتغميس قطع الدجاج فالبيض ثم فالطحين ومباشرة على الزيت ثم ننشف عنها الزيت باستخدام ورق المطبخ.
5. تؤكل ساخنه على الغداء أو العشاء ويمكن اضافة الكاتشب أو المايونيز والليمون للتغميس.
