- نضيف الفرينة والخميرة الكيميائية ونخلط من الاسفل للأعلى بواسطة مضرب يدوي لكي لا يخرج الهواء من البيض.
- نصب خليك الكيك في صينية فرن قيسها 28x38 سم عليها ورق المطبخ ونسوي السطح ثم ندخلها للفرن على درجة 180درجة.
- بعد إخراج الكيك مباشرة نضع عليه معجون الفرولة او اي نكهة تحبون ونقوم بلفه وتركه يبرد.
- بعدها ندهن السطح بالمعجون ونرش عليه سكر ناعم او حسب الرغبة.
- بالصحة والهناء.
