6. لمدة ١٥ دقيقة.
7. المرحلة الاخيرة و هي مزال سخونة ندهنها بكونفتير و نرش عليها كوك محمر.
8. ونبدا نرولي فيها نوليها فداك ورق المطبخ ثم في فوطة تكون نقية.
9. ونضعها في الثلاجة حتى تبرد.
10. ونبدا نقطع فيها و ندير كريمة شانتيه لنكون مطلعاها من قبل.
11. ونزين بالكاوكاو مهرمش.
