- نضع الزبدة والجبنه (يجب أن يكونوا بحرارة الغرفة) في وعاء ونحركهم مع بعض كويس.
- نضع السكر البودرة بعد نخله ونحركة كويس مع الزبدة والجبنه ثم نضع الطحين وبهار الكعك بعد نخلهم على الخليط ونبدأ نعجن، لكن ما نطول بالعجن.
- بالنسبه للعجوة نضع عليها الزيت أو الزبدة والبهارات ونعجنهم.
- نبدأ بتكوير العجوة لكور صغيرة ونكور العجين لكور أكبر قليلا من العجوة.
- ثم نضع حبة التمر في العجين ونشكلها حسب ما بنحب، انا عملته بالشوكة.
- نضعهم بالصينيه، ثم بفرن محمى مسبقا على درجة حرارة ١٨٠° من تحت ونراقبهم تقريبا بحتاجوا ٨ ل ١٠ دقائق وممكن أقل، ثم من فوق ليصبح لونهم أشقر حسب ما بنحب.
- بنطلعهم من الفرن وبنتركهم لحتى يبردوا بعدين نضعهم بصحن للتقديم، ممكن رش سكر بودرة على حبات المعمول عند التقديم.
